Depends on whether the sclk ss actually worked in the first place.  It's
possible that it's a hardware bug.  Anyway, I wouldn't be too concerned about
it.  Lots of rv6xx cards don't even have it enabled to begin with.  It won't
affect power usage.  ss is basically just for helping to mitigate EMI.
