@Swoorup: You have a lot of other kernel parameters that may be causing
problems. Maybe you should remove some of them? 

Specifically: 
pcie_aspm=force
acpi_osi='!Windows 2012'
acpi=force

acpi_enforce_resources=lax (not sure what this does)
