[PATCH 0/7 v2] various exynos cleanups

Some clean up patches for libdrm_exynos.

V2: Removed the drm core patch.  I'll resend that separately. All other
patches are untouched.

This set was previously Acked-by Inki Dae.  I don't have push rights to libdrm.
Can someone please help me land them upstream?
