initial displaylink kms driver + drm hotplug

Hi, There,

Our company build an USB plug&play second display by using displaylink chip. Displaylink linux driver works Ubuntu 13.1 but not on 
(Ubuntu 12.04, or Red Hat/CentOS 5 and 6 (32/64 bit) and newer or Suse Linux Enterprise POS 11 (32/64 bit) and newer)

We need someone who can help to solve this issue. Can you refer someone to us as cousulant base? This is urgent so appreciate your reply ASAP.
