I've observed this too, and it feels like it got worse within 3.13 development
process. This is the last one in the logs:

Hardware is a HD 5470 (ChipID = 0x68e0)

Google points me to several bugreports from Red Hat/Fedora, so this bug seems
to be not uncommon.
