My classification of problems was wrong, while bisecting from step to step was
looping or gpu hanging. It seems that problems exists more early (it is why
commit 29ff2e907d6c54f95be6dfa72201fd25bbd50fcd was marked as bad), but with sb
it mach easy to reproduce. Enabling sb with mesa-9.2.5 makes it behavior with
uvd similar to current current git (looping almost immediately, but not sure
about gpu hangups).
