radeonsi: enable ARB_sample_shading
unigine valley run like -
vblank_mode=0 MESA_GLSL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=330 MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.3
./valley
will gpu lock then hard lock if I don't sysrq sub quickly enough
