Do I need to do next steps? :

$ cd /linux
$ git bisect reset
$ git revert 1a81b94
$ make oldconfig
# make -3j && make modules_install && make install

Will the latest kernel compile from from the cloned repo from
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git? 

Correct me, if I'm wrong, please.
