Hi Kamil, your version of Mesa is too old: it does not contain the
GALLIUM_DDEBUG feature yet.

At this point, the most helpful thing for you to do would be to reproduce this
with latest development versions (i.e. Git/SVN master) of Mesa and LLVM, and
see if you can get an apitrace which reliably reproduces the lockup.
