I compiled llvm with

-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \
-DCMAKE_C_FLAGS:STRING="-m32 -mstackrealign" \
-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS:STRING="-m32 -mstackrealign" \

and this works too.

So I suppose this is related to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/27560
