Softlockup on boot with Cape Verde XT on many kernels

I tried 3.16.0 just using radeon.dpm=0 (without softlockup_panic=1) and I
got a different stack trace. Shorter. It repeats itself every about 30
seconds more or less. Keyboard lights don't flash. The same message keeps
coming out.
