dmesg after disabling radeon_fence_schedule_check()

I chose to leave the refcount printing patch as it is.

The pauses now are much much longer (~10-20s).

The 2h time difference in the messages log is due to local time not being set
correctly and ntp-client daemon fixing it after some time.
