Fix by adding a line to si_dpm_quirk_list

Adding this line made my card work with DPM enabled, but I'm not sure about
mclk value. This card is supposed to have a 5600 MHz video memory according to
MSI's site. However Catalyst reports a frequency of 1400 MHz. Tomorrow, I'll
play with this values.
