[Bug 89203] Mesa 10.4.3 and up causes stuttering and frame drops in a particular game

The issue seems to no longer occur on Mesa 10.5.4, I am also on kernel 4.0 (I
dont remember if it did not occur on Mesa 10.5.4 with kernel 3.19)

I guess this is solved? I don't know what was done to solve it but the
stuttering no longer occurs and FPS has increased by 10-20FPS.
