I was wondering if we could use the NOSTART flag to do this without the
extra malloc+copy. But I don't suppose we couldn't rely on NOSTART being
supported by the algo, so we'd need to check for it.

Anyway, just a random thought, probably not worth the hassle.

How about indenting the bit defines a bit, or use some other way to make
them stand out from the offset defines slightly? We use the indent trick
in i915_reg.h, and I've come to like it.

Unfortuntely I don't have the HDMI 2.0 spec on me (hopefully I can dig
it up from somewhere soonish) so can't review the magic numbers and
whatnot. But from a technical point of view the patches look good to me.
