[PATCH] treewide: Make remaining source files non-executable

.c and .h source files should not be executable, change
the permissions to 0644.

Linus, Andrew Morton suggested privately that you apply this
directly as his toolchain doesn't support
rename/permission only patches.

Apparently, Andrew hasn't or doesn't want to upgrade his version
of patch to 2.7.x which has only been out for 4+ years now.
