Fixes all over the place:

amdkfd: two static checker fixes
mst: a bunch of static checker and spec/hw interaction fixes
amdgpu: fix Iceland hw properly, and some fiji bugs, along with
some write-combining fixes.
exynos: some regression fixes
adv7511: fix some EDID reading issues.
