[PATCH] drm/radeon Make CIK support optional

As I said that's not the right approach. If you want to prioritize one 
over the other you probably better do that by modprobe rules (or 
blacklists).

But forcefully disabling to build both at the same time is really bad if 
you just "want to give it a try" or are developing on the code.

On the other hand being able to disable certain generations on radeon 
sounds like a good idea to me.
