Still no luck with PowerColor R9 390 PCS+ on Fedora 25 (Kernel 4.8, mesa
12.0.3). Computer freezes after a few seconds. It seems to last a bit longer
with dpm=0, but less than 5-10 minutes. Attaching vbios since it was never
provided.
