[PATCH 2/2] mm: remove get_user_pages_locked()

Mon Oct 31 10:02:28 UTC 2016

get_user_pages() now has an int *locked parameter which renders
get_user_pages_locked() redundant, so remove it.

This patch should not introduce any functional changes.
