[GIT PULL] etnaviv-next for 4.9

Hi Dave,

just wanted to make sure that the etnaviv pull-request doesn't fall
through the cracks again, before I'm heading off to XDC.

Hopefully the hickups in our infrastructure haven't caused you any
inconvenience with this one.
