This would have been true if we were support YCBCR444/422/420 all, but
the recent patch series only
supports 420, so if its ycbcr its ycbcr420. We might be able to add
preference of a 420_also mode in case
of RGB Vs YCBCR420, by adding another property.

We dont support YCBCR (apart from 420) anymore, as there is no HDMI
output property.
So this doesn't look required.
