[PATCH 4/5] drm/legacy: Convert cursor ioctl locking to interruptible.

Pass DRM_MODESET_ACQUIRE_INTERRUPTIBLE to acquire_init, and handle
drm_modeset_backoff which can now fail by returning the error.
