Apart from these "atomic only" flags I think this looks pretty good.
I've just posted a patch series hooking this up to i915, and I
also tossed in some userspace code for the intel ddx to actually
make use of this stuff. Seems to work OK, or at least greens change
their shade when I toggle the COLOR_ENCODING property ;)
