[PULL] drm-misc-fixes for 4.12

Hi Dave,
I was hoping I wouldn't have to send a pull this week, but alas, we have a
regression fix to broken userspace. The issue was that we were sending stale property
values from GETCONNECTOR after probing modes. The patch grabs the property
values after probe to ensure everything is cohesive.
