[GIT PULL] etnaviv-fixes urgent for 4.12

Adding Linus, I think Dave is already on vacation. Linus, can you
please pull this directly, not much point in shovelling this through a
drm tree first. It's fixes for the ANDROID_native_sync gl extension
afaics.
