Upstream kernel test - kernel 4.14-rc3

Installation, on which upstream kernel was installed:

ubuntu 16.04.3, kernel4.10.0-33, updated 2017-09-04
                kernel4.10.0-33, updated 2017-09-17
                kernel4.10.0-35, updated 2017-10-02

1. booting without any workaround parameters
2. booting with kernel parameter iommu=soft
3. booting with workaround parameters
1. and 23.:
boot-time +/- 40sec (message sound),
black screen
n o remote-login possible
-> no dmesg

3.:
Starting with any workaround parameter  
No net connection possible - neither cable nor wlan.
