After I updated my kernel from 4.12.9 to 4.12.10 I started experiencing screen
flickering on my RX 480.  I did bisecting and turns out that this commit
dbe5b2d70cfdc3e1df1ceb3f715c6ef7d17fc566 makes my screen flickers.
