[PATCH v2 1/3] drm: Move EXPORT_SYMBOL so that it immediately follows its function

[Meghana Madhyastha]

EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo) should immediately follow its function/variable.
This coding style is preferred.
Found by checkpath.pl.
