[Bug 102517] System hang/freeze Helium Rain

I can confirm the hang with the following environment.

OpenGL renderer string: AMD Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics (AMD POLARIS10 / DRM
3.19.0 / 4.13.0-rc5-ARCH+, LLVM 4.0.1)
OpenGL core profile version string: 4.5 (Core Profile) Mesa 17.2.0

But can't be reproduced with:

OpenGL renderer string: AMD Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics (POLARIS10 / DRM 3.19.0
/ 4.13.0-rc5-ARCH+, LLVM 6.0.0)
OpenGL core profile version string: 4.5 (Core Profile) Mesa 17.3.0-devel
