Issues with rv730 amd

I have Debian 9.1 with default packages i add some logs, the problem is
when i want to run some game for example tuxracer or some desktop with
effects even gnome x server got stuck some ideas about how to solve the
problem.
As you can see in the glxgears.png the test doesnt work too
