[PATCH v2 5/8] drm/arm/malidp: Enable/disable interrupts in runtime pm

Display engine and core interrupts need to be disabled when the
system invokes malidp_runtime_pm_suspend. Consequently, they
need to be enabled in malidp_runtime_pm_resume.
