Full Kernel Bug Output

Trying to launch RetroArch's Nestopia core with this machine (using an AMD Vega
56) throws the following error (full output attached):

kernel BUG at drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../display/amdgpu_dm/amdgpu_dm.c:4970!

This is repeatable 100% of the time (although the number at the end appears to
differ).
