Well it is expected that this patch causes slightly more overhead during memory
allocation in exchange for better throughput.

But that should never result in lags in youtube videos, at least not of the
browser doesn't do something very very stupid.

Ok well that is strange, the patch shouldn't have any effect when huge pages
are disabled.
