Commit d6895ad39f3b396be199f5b6fdfb8cde4be7bbf7 seems to be the cause. Resume
works on 4.16 if I revert that single commit (tested on 4.16.0, 4.16.13, with
both amdgpu.dc=0 and amdgpu.dc=1).
