I could bisect incompletely, until this error happens: 

../lib/str_error_r.c:25:3: error: passing argument 1 to restrict-qualified
parameter aliases with argument 5 [-Werror=restrict]

In all the good commits, CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_PRE_VEGA was set to y. In all the
bad commits, CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_PRE_VEGA is no longer an avilable option.
