[pull] radeon and amdgpu drm-fixes-4.16

Hi Dave,

A few more fixes for 4.16.  Mostly for displays:
- A fix for DP handling on radeon
- Fix banding on eDP panels
- Fix HBR audio
- Fix for disabling VGA mode on Raven that leads to a corrupt or
  blank display on some platforms


The following changes since commit 67f1976665900c86989cfe99b884dc51bddfb0e9:
