RC_CORE depends on INPUT so it will break compilation if INPUT is not
defined.
Adding also 'select INPUT' should work:

-	depends on OF && RC_CORE
+	depends on OF
 	select DRM_KMS_HELPER
+	select INPUT
+	select RC_CORE
