dmesg from 4.19.0-rc7+ (commit bab5c80b2110 I believe)

Here is a log with git from a day ago (commit bab5c80b2110). This log and the
previous I posted both seem to show some aspect of the system is still
responding, as you can tell it logged my sysrq attempts. Though trying to hard
shutdown/restart with sysrq doesn't result in the system restarting, and it
still shows the same image on the screen from the time of the freeze.
