kern.log gzipped with fault from 4.19.0-041900-generic

This keeps happening with latest Ubuntu kernel 4.19.0-041900-generic as well.

AMD Ryzen 7 2700U frozen.

It's becoming really difficult to work on Linux with the Ryzen 7!
