[PATCH 1/6] drm/msm/a6xx: rnndb updates for a6xx

Update the register definitions for a6xx from the rnndb database.
Changes include new enums for upcoming devcoredump support, moving
the PDC and GCC_GX register definitions to their own domain and
various other register updates and additions.
