When attempting to resume my system after a fresh boot before logging in, I get
screen static instead of the login page. A console basically displays over the
static about 100 “Radeon 0000:01:00.0 ring 0 stalled for more than 31414
seconds” the lengths vary. 
The messages end with “drm:r600_ib_test [radeon] error fence wait timed out”
Then
“drm:radeon_ib_ring_tests error radeon: failed testing IB on GFX ring (-110)”

When logged in, I also sometimes expierience this, but pressing space, then
typing my password removes the static and opens the desktop back up.
