dmesg with amdgpu.dc=1 drm.debug=7 in boot command on Acer TravelMate B114-21

We have another laptop Acer TravelMate B114-21, which hits the same issue.  It
is equipped with AMD A4-9120C RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G.

Also tried with amdgpu.runpm=0 in boot command, but this issue still can be
