Hello,

sorry that it took me that long. I was on a historic cycling event in Germany.

Your patch indeed did something.
The power consumption drops sometimes to 70W, but now both screen flicker and
produce errors similar to a dying video-memory.

GFX Clocks and Power:
        300 MHz (MCLK)
        308 MHz (SCLK)
        300 MHz (PSTATE_SCLK)
        300 MHz (PSTATE_MCLK)
        800 mV (VDDGFX)
        12.222 W (average GPU)
