[PATCH 00/10] drm/tinydrm: Remove tinydrm.ko

This series removes the remaining bits of tinydrm.ko.
There's only one item left on the tinydrm todo list and that is moving
out mipi_dbi.
Note:
This depends on a commit that just entered Linus' tree:
e6f3f7e4dc76 ("spi: Add spi_is_bpw_supported()")
