[PATCH v2 00/11] drm/tinydrm: Remove tinydrm.ko

This series removes the remaining bits of tinydrm.ko.

Changes:
- Split SPI connector type patch in core and driver changes, expand
  commit message (Daniel)
- Drop moving the mipi_dbi_spi_init() declaration (Sam)
- st7586: Forgot to remove the mipi->rotation assignment

Note:
This depends on a commit that just entered Linus' tree:
e6f3f7e4dc76 ("spi: Add spi_is_bpw_supported()")
