[git pull] drm fixes for 5.0 final

Hi Linus,

Three final fixes, one for a feature that is new in this kernel, one
bochs fix for qemu riscv and one atomic modesetting fix.

I've left a few of the other late fixes until next as I didn't want to
throw in anything that wasn't really necessary.
