on my laptop "ASUS TUF505DY" the RAVEN APU have device 1002:15d8 that is
missing in "drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdkfd/kfd_device.c" on kernel 5.0.5 (and any
kernel before it I think.

[    2.478498] kfd kfd: DID 15d8 is missing in supported_devices

Add patch I made and test again the main kernel v5.0.5.

cool be nice to be added in future kernel release
