Video showcase of the bug

Here is a trace file and a video showcase of stuttering in Feral game launcher
(OpenGL) that happens in many cases, but not reproducable in all GL
apps/desktops (mGBA emulator, Godot game engine, Feral launcher)

I'd like to see one of AMD OpenGL developers take a look at the trace file and
a video for proof that stuttering actually occurs and try to figure out what
might be causing the issue.
