UMR dump of registers on a GPU lockup

Sending dmesg output + UMR registers dump of both sdma0 and sdma1 for a lockup
in Rise of the Tomb Raider.

The lockup is reproducible and only affects the GPU - it's still fine to ssh to
the machine and it's otherwise working fine.
